Wow....When I say Michelle sets the bar high for what it means to be a Real Estate Professional her picture should show up when you google Real Estate Professional. I was fortunate enough to have met Michelle at an open house, we did not have and Agent at the time but we also stressed that we were looking and trying to get a feel for the area, and also we were about 6 months out from making a decision on a home. Our with Michelle as our Agent began in the middle and towards the end of our search Covid-19 showed up and things were uncertain, When I say Michelle did not fold to Covid-19 she kept on answering my random anytime texts when I saw a house on Zillow that we wanted to see. We found a house that we loved, however it was out of our price range. Michelle said if you see something don't give up I will work to get you into the home of your dreams make the offer so we did. Michelle went above and beyond by providing the sellers agent with a Bio of me and my family and how much we loved the home. The sellers enjoyed the Bio and accepted our offer.......of course there is more to the story I am providing the watered down version for Zillow purposes. I truly think Michelle was more excited than we were she oversaw ever aspect of the deal literally thought she was moving in with us. We I say she followed up... followed up..... and followed up....on everything. What I enjoyed most about Michelle she treated us like family we were a military family and its often hard to latch on to friends because we move so much but, Michelle will definitely be our lifelong friend. I will close my review with this if you need a Real Estate Professional I would highly recommend Michelle you will not be disappointed she is the best I have seen thus far in the Real Estate game.... from a customer service stand point!!
